WORD ON THE STREET

As humans, having courageous conversations is one of the most difficult things we can do. We have recognised this at AUT and realised the importance of providing our staff with the skills to have these conversations, whether they are people leaders or not.

 

Robyn has been a phenomenal facilitator in this regard. We have used Robyn for a number of years now. Not only has she provided her Courageous Conversations workshops for us, but she has also created and delivered bespoke sessions for various teams, as well as being a wonderful coach when conflicts have needed coaching support.

 

I would highly recommend Robyn to anyone looking for training and development in this space, either for themselves or for their teams.

I believe that when people are supported to work through challenge and difference well, conflict can become a source of learning, stronger relationships, better ideas, and meaningful change.

 

I work face-to-face, online, or in a hybrid of the two to support full participation. Every service is tailored to your needs, context, and preferred way of working.

 

When travel is involved, I offset my emissions through Gold Standard, to support projects with strong environmental integrity.
