Robyn Hill is an accredited mediator and a professional difficult conversation trainer, coach, and facilitator. She is also an experienced people leader and the director of Courageous Conversations NZ®.


Robyn is passionate about empowering people, teams and organisations to engage effectively and confidently in important, difficult conversations, handle their own conflicts and maintain important relationships.


Conflict between people are inevitable and even helpful in some situations: Robyn coaches her clients to harness the power and reduce the discomfort of conflict. Robyn’s coaching style involves partnering with her clients in a thought-provoking and creative process, to maximise their personal and professional potential, and to help realise their vision, goals and interests.


Robyn’s practice is underpinned by 25+ years’ experience leading and unlocking the potential of individuals and teams. She has wide experience working with and across small and large organisations, and has deep knowledge of the creative industries and research sectors.


Robyn has chaired international leadership forums and presented at international conferences. She does voluntary work, the latest as a coach for The Peace Foundation’s Leadership through Peer Mediation training to secondary school students.


Robyn is trained in the CINERGY™ Conflict Management Coaching model. She is accredited as a mediator and, when mediating, works under the Resolution Institute’s practice standards and Code of Ethics.
