Whether it is in our work or personal life most of us will come across individuals, from time to time, who repeatedly behave unreasonably, manipulatively and/or dishonestly. Your tried and tested open communication and reasoning skills just don’t seem to work - each time you try to communicate you are shut down, ignored or your words are turned back on you. You may find that some of this behaviour may be subtle to the point that those around you might not be as aware of it as you are, which makes the situation even harder to manage.
Unchecked difficult characters can leave us feeling confused, upset, undermined, frustrated or even scared. Sometimes it can lead to a feeling of powerlessness or psychological distress.

WHAT IS THE COACHING PROCESS?
The process starts with you setting your own goals for the coaching and clarifying the dynamics and history that have led to seek support and learning through coaching.
The coaching begins with one long coaching session and is usually followed by a, or some, shorter sessions, the number of which is determined by you, based on your specific situation and interests, and available time and budget.
Towards the end of the process you will be able to rehearse potential conversations with your difficult character person in order to feel well-prepared and confident.
