Robyn Hill is the founder of Courageous Conversations NZ and an accredited mediator, facilitator, professional development partner, and coach. She helps people, teams, and organisations navigate difficult conversations, conflict, leadership challenges, and change with greater clarity, confidence, and care.

With more than 25 years of people leadership experience, Robyn brings a rare blend of strategic insight, practical skill, and relational depth. Her work spans courageous conversations, leadership development, managing difficult workplace behaviour, facilitated meetings and team reset workshops, workplace mediation, and support for leaders navigating significant change.

Robyn works across a wide range of sectors, including education, engineering, construction, infrastructure, central and local government, manufacturing, software and technology, automotive, health, and community and not-for-profit organisations. This breadth of experience enables her to quickly understand different workplace contexts and tailor her support to the realities, relationships, and pressures of each setting.

Her approach is grounded in neuroscience, behavioural science, real-world leadership experience, and a strong commitment to mana-enhancing practice. She is known for creating spaces where people can think clearly, speak honestly, work through tension constructively, and build the confidence and capability to handle what matters most.

Robyn is trained in the CINERGY™ Conflict Management Coaching model and is accredited as a mediator, working under the Resolution Institute's practice standards and Code of Ethics. She has chaired international leadership forums, presented at international conferences, and is deeply committed to helping people, teams, and organisations lean into the conversations that matter most.
