Unlike an arbitration or court case, where the arbitrator or judge makes a decision, a mediator is a neutral party facilitating a process designed to help the participants resolve their own conflict.

I focus my mediation practice on the areas listed below, but I am happy to consider other matters.

Working relationships, work/workload, differences in perspectives/priorities, performance/change management...

Robyn has over 25 years' experience as a people leader and has been recognised for her leadership through a number of organisational nominations and awards.

Relationships, delivery, contributions, access, ethics, funding, resources, academic freedom...

Robyn has 17 years’ recent experience working in universities in New Zealand and Australia, and latterly had a cross-university focus on research strategy and leadership.

Relationships, process, delivery, expectations, ethics, measures, costs, losses...

Robyn trained and worked (for 5 years) as a design professional (specifically architecture) early in her career. She has sustained her passion for and knowledge of the creative industries and construction sectors.

Wills, estates and trusts, separation and divorce, relationship property...

Robyn regularly supports adult family members to resolve their disputes.
